Anthropic Claude subscription auth returns 'You're out of extra usage' in Hermes even after restart/re-login

This issue reports that Hermes using Anthropic/Claude subscription auth starts consistently failing with an 'out of extra usage' HTTP 400 error after a period of normal use, which restarting or re-logging in does not fix, even though Claude Desktop on the same account still works. This issue is closed.
