[Feature]: Intra-line Diff-View, Syntax Highlighting for many languages, complete Markdown and Theming-Support in 5 stacked PRs

Tracking issue for a stack of PRs that build a layered terminal rendering engine (agent/rich_output.py) adding character-level diff highlighting, multi-language syntax highlighting, and full Markdown rendering. Issue is closed as fixed.
